Who you are contracting with

Premonition is operated by ExpansionAI, a sole trader registered in France. Contact: gustifink@gmail.com.

What the service does

Premonition queries third-party AI answer engines with purchase-intent questions and reports which vendors those engines named. Outputs are generated by third-party AI systems and are non-deterministic: the same question can produce different answers at different times.

Reports are provided for information only. They are not a guarantee of ranking, traffic, revenue, or any commercial outcome, and they are not professional advice. You are responsible for decisions you make on the basis of a report.

Payment and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. One-time audits are charged once; monitoring subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current period.

If a report fails to generate, is materially incomplete, or is not what was described, email gustifink@gmail.com within 14 days and we will refund you in full. Because a report is a digital service delivered immediately, by purchasing you ask us to begin performance right away; outside the case above, the statutory withdrawal right for digital content does not apply once the report has been generated.

Acceptable use

Do not use Premonition to attack, defame, or misrepresent another business, and do not resell reports as your own without saying they came from Premonition. We may decline or cancel any audit.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

French law applies. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
